JM International SPC is pleased to support one of Oman’s leading construction groups in recruiting a highly experienced Omani professional for the position of Head of Property Management. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing the full portfolio of property and facilities assets across the organization.
About the Role
The Head of Property Management will be responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing the management of all company-owned and leased properties. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in asset management, facilities operations, tenancy management, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency, compliance, and long-term value creation across the property portfolio.
Key Requirements
- Omani national (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in property and facilities management, ideally within large organizations
- Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management
- Proven leadership experience overseeing teams and budgeting functions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities

Lead the Property Management Division, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

Oversee maintenance, facilities services, and asset management across all properties

Manage leasing, tenant relations, contracts, and service providers

Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices

Monitor property performance, budgeting, and cost optimization

Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and government authorities

Drive continuous improvement in building operations and service delivery
