On behalf of one of Oman’s leading FMCG groups, JM International SPC is recruiting a highly capable Assistant Manager – ERP Controller, Receivables & MIS. This role is ideal for a results-driven finance professional with deep expertise in receivables management, MIS reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial efficiency, ensuring rigorous control over receivables, and enhancing ERP-driven processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA or CMA qualification (mandatory)
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG finance, receivables management, and MIS reporting
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations)
- Strong skills in Power BI, advanced Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Maximum age: 35 years

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end receivables and collections, including aging analysis, DSO tracking, customer reconciliation, and credit risk oversight

Develop and implement robust SOPs for receivables, credit control policies, and automated MIS dashboards

Lead and support ERP enhancement and rollout activities, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations)

Review distributor agreements, validate claims, and evaluate route performance to ensure compliance and accuracy

Optimize cash flow cycles, enhance working capital efficiency, and coordinate closely with distributors and sales teams

Generate structured MIS reports for management decision-making, leveraging Power BI and advanced Excel

Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure smooth process alignment
