JM International SPC is pleased to support a leading organization in recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a Greenfield Grandparent Poultry Farm (GP Project).
This is a site-based, permanent role for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in EPC delivery, commissioning, and stakeholder management.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of a full EPC Greenfield project, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and final handover. The role requires ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards.
Reporting to the COO / Projects Director, the successful candidate will coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
- 12–15 years of proven project management experience
- Strong background in EPC and Greenfield project delivery
- Experience in poultry farms or breeder farms is preferred
- Exposure to hatcheries, utilities, MV substations, water treatment systems, wells, and farm equipment
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

- Lead project execution from mobilization to final handover
- Manage EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Oversee design coordination, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Control project schedule, cost, quality, and HSE compliance
- Lead commissioning, start-up, and handover activities
- Manage project risks, claims, variations, EOTs, and cost deviations
