About the Role
JM International SPC is supporting a strategic leadership appointment for an Investment Director to lead a newly established Global Intelligence & Investment Office.
This role is intended for an international-caliber investment professional who will provide critical market intelligence and investment insight to support executive leadership and board-level decision-making across private and public equity investments.
Key Requirements
- Senior experience in investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or principal investing
- Strong expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and deal structuring
- Proven track record in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Strong judgment and ability to operate independently in a senior advisory capacity
- Excellent board-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global market intelligence efforts, monitoring macroeconomic trends, sector developments, and emerging investment opportunities
- Screen and evaluate potential investments across private equity, public equity, and strategic assets
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, feasibility studies, and investment memoranda
- Conduct and manage commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence processes
- Present investment recommendations, risk assessments, and strategic insights to executive management and board-level committees
- Engage with external stakeholders including advisors, investment banks, fund managers, and partners across multiple jurisdictions
- Support portfolio strategy, capital allocation decisions, and long-term investment planning
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and analytical rigor for the Global Intelligence & Investment Office
