A leading business organization in Oman is seeking an experienced Head of Events & Communications to lead event strategy, communications, and member engagement initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can deliver high-quality business events, manage marketing and communication channels, and strengthen member relationships through effective engagement systems.
Requirements
✔ 7–10 years of relevant experience in events, communications, or marketing
✔ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
✔ Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
✔ Experience managing corporate events or professional gatherings
✔ Strong organizational and project management skills
✔ Experience with CRM systems, social media, and digital communication tools
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver professional networking and business events
• Manage event logistics including venues, speakers, branding, and execution
• Oversee marketing communications including newsletters, website, and social media
• Develop marketing materials such as invitations, announcements, and event promotions
• Strengthen organizational visibility through strategic communications
• Oversee CRM strategy and member engagement tracking
• Lead and coordinate junior staff, interns, and external support when needed
